I’m Andy Jeong. Most recently Head of Growth Marketing at Aviron (YC W21), where I joined at seed stage as the first marketing hire and built the growth function from scratch. Over four years, revenue grew ~34× alongside a successful Series A raise.

I led a cross-functional growth team across performance marketing, experimentation, and web optimization, anchored by an incrementality measurement program across Meta, Google, and CTV using geo holdout tests, media mix modeling, and propensity modeling. Platform-reported metrics were replaced with internally trusted signals that budget allocation and forecasting could actually run on.

Seed Growth is the consultancy version of that same operating discipline.
